Slip & Fall Accidents

Slip and fall accidents often result in serious injuries.  There are many factors that can contribute to a fall.  The surface might have been a stairway, sidewalk, ramp, curb or any of numerous other conditions commonly encountered by pedestrians. If you slipped or tripped because of a condition on the property which was hazardous, the owner of the property may be responsible and you may be entitled to a recovery for your damages. This is especially true if the owner of the property knew or should have known of the hazardous condition and failed to correct it.
