His secretary Julie called within minutes of me hanging up with Scott and took all my info-she was AWESOME, so easy to talk to and so compassionate. By the end of the day, my insurance company had been contacted, I had the car into the body shop, a rental car, and an appt. with a chiropractor. All I did was take some ibuprofen for the pain, drive my car to the shop, get my rental car and went to work! No waiting on hold to speak to someone at the insurance company, no finding my own doctor or body shop. In fact, Scott told me I could use my own doctor and body shop, but since I didn't have a chiropractor and didn't have a relationship with a body shop I used his recommendations in both cases. I was so happy I did. Both the chiropractor and the body shop treated me like family because I was Scott's client. Not only that, they were both excellent referrals. My car looked great, and my neck healed perfectly. Scott and Julie kept me apprised of everything via email. It was all so very efficient, yet every single detail was attended to.
