Two people are tragically dead following a serious car accident on Highway 99 on the afternoon of Dec. 18, according to state police. California Highway Patrol responded to the auto accident that killed two drivers in the accident. Another person was taken to a local hospital with injuries, and so far, no charges have been announced by police.
